Liuba, our cute mermaid, will welcome you by the km 0,3 of the coastal road to Xcalak, not far from the lighthouse, where the Mexican Caribbean unfolds one of its alluring landscapes.
Mar Adentro Diving Center was established on 13th December 2011 south of the village, to be relocated after hurricane Ernesto. We are part of the Blue Kay Ecocabanas, which boasts Mahahual’s finest beach. Besides, we are very close to one of most interesting local dive sites: Los Escalones.

About Us
Mar Adentro Diving is a dive center, with PADI courses. We have been promoting the lionfish hunting among our customers since 10 years ago. However there’s not much interest. Trying to foster the activity we have created the Lionfish Hunting Squad which is a brand to make the hunting more alluring and at the same time for not using Mar Adentro name since there are divers who are against the culing, no matter what.
