Maha has been in the Lionfish Community and hunting lionfish since 2015 when she first saw a lionfish on a reef she loves a lot. She’s been hunting them ever since!
About Maha
I am passionate about the sea and the Mediterranean and scuba diving is my life! Killing the invasive will save my sea and will give me very sustainable food! Lionfish in Lebanese waters have no predator except Me! I was the first one in the entire eastern Mediterranean to start spearfishing them even though my method is different from all lionfish hunters!
What do you like about lionfish hunting?
It’s challenging , it’s saving my reef and feeding me healthy meals!
