About the Emerald Coast Open
Captain Andy, Lionfish extraordinaire, has been at the forefront of the lionfish invasion from the beginning. He started the first official Lionfish tournament along the northern gulf coast and has been running tournaments ever since. He runs a busy dive charter business out of Pensacola Florida and specializes in Lionfish hunting and spearfishing. After shooting and filleting thousands of these invasive fish he has become quite the expert in his region. Book a charter with Captain Andy and you will catch Lionfish.
