The virtual version mirrors the actual model, offering players adjustable speed controls, realistic depth behavior, and smooth, intuitive handling as they navigate underwater wrecks. Shipwreck Discovery VR Diving Game & Resource
Shipwreck Discovery is a local VR game, and the first edition focuses on Destin, Florida. Each edition features a six-pack of real-world shipwrecks, accurately recreated in size, depth, and features. Destin, Florida is our first release from Okaloosa County, showcasing even more wrecks from the area over time. We aim to expand Shipwreck Discovery to include wrecks from around the world—making it the ultimate resource for wreck divers and gamers alike! Dive these wrecks: RMS Atlantis, MV Brannon & SV Dylan, USAF Big Dawg, MV Monica Lee, MV Chepanoc and the MV Miss Joann.

Beyond the wrecks, Shipwreck Discovery helps players plan their trip by introducing them to local businesses in the Destin area – dive shops, charters, restaurants, and more – all within the game. The in-game dive boat is covered with interactive company logos, allowing players to visually access business details. There is also a larger directory where players and divers can learn more about the different businesses.
